BLUEBERRYMUFFINS. 15 pcs
2 decilitres of sugar
1 decilitre of yoghurt or sour milk
100 grams of butter
200 grams of blueberries fresh or frozen ones
5 decilitres of wheatflour
2 teaspoonful of bakingpowder
2 teaspoonful of vanillasugar
peels of a half small lemon
Put the oven on 225*.
Melt the butter and let it cool down.
Beat up the egs with the sugar in a bowl and then add the yoghurt and the melted butter.
Add the blueberries without crushing them.
Mix flour, vanillasugar, bakingpowder and the lemonpeels in another bowl.
Add the flourmix to the blueberrymix and stir carefully.
Put the cakemix with a spoon in paperdishes in a muffinsheet.
Bake the muffins in the oven about 15-20 minutes 225*(Time is related to your oven)
Serve the muffins with some vanillacream on the top.
